Yes the grizzly 450 is the same. Bout forgot about them boogers.. I use the small grease gun and hose on them with zerk end grinded down. Dang shame a person has to make special tools for these rigs.

The 550 and 660 are very easy to grease. I had to put 45* zerks on the upper knuckle bushings of the 660 after i put the ITP wheels on, but with the stock wheels it was easy.
I just can't believe no one at yamaha ever tried to grease them before they put it into production

I have a list of my likes and dislikes back a page or so, but other than some minor complaints, we love it. We've put 200 miles on it just last week. It hasn't spent many evenings sitting still, lol

I do the tide and commercial degreaser for washing too. I was told to let it sit for at least 15 minutes to soak in. You can watch the mud dissolve away.

I replaced the zerks with 45 degree fittings. The upper ones worked great, the lowers touched the control arm. So I ordered flush mount zerks and installed them in the lowers. Still a pain, but at least i can grease them now. KIMG0470.JPG

The Wolverine is 1 year old today. I have just over 2200 miles on it this year. It's gotten to see some tough terrain thanks to Jesse, Terry, MikeD and some others. I still love it; it handles great, plenty of power and plenty of storage. The only issue I've had with it was an oil leak at the oil cooler lines that was an easy fix covered under warranty. I had another, worse oil leak that turned out to be a faulty oil filter gasket but that wasn't Yamaha's fault since it was a Purolator filter that I installed.
Anyone who is in the market for a reliable SxS that will climb like a billy goat and do it in comfort should definitely give the Wolverine a close look!

She's a sweet looking ride too Jack!

You've covered some ground over the last year and she's holding up well, can't wait to see how many miles your put on her.

if I could count the miles she's covered while on the trailer, it'd be closer 7 or 8 thousand!
