Trick for installing synthetic cable on a winch.

    When Installing a new winch line it can be a real pain to thread the winch line through the drum. There may be better ways but I've had pretty good success with this method.

    Thanks for sharing! I did something nearly identical. Only thing I did that was different was wrapped the end in electrical tape to help keep the wire on. I guess that was overkill though!

    Sometimes electrical tape works, sometimes it makes things too bulky and it gets hung up in the drum.

    Yeah, I left out the other overkill to save face a little...I sprayed the electrical tape with graphite lubricant too lol :57:
